Dissapointing room
Room was clean and bathroom was big.
Air conditioner wouldn't work properly, it wouldn't cool the room not a single degree. It wasn't a proper air conditioner but a tiny portable one.We opened the window and mosquitos bit my child. The bed was tiny and matress wasn't firm, plus the open window, I got a back contracture as of the first night, so I could not play any sport. Our room was at the same level as the swimming pool, so we couldn't open the courtains or everyone there could peek inside our room. Freezer was so noisy that we would be awakened in the night when it started to work. We were invoiced in advance, which I had never been in other hotels before... Now I know why! What a nightmare of a room...

May be ok for a short stay. Not worth the price...
The staff was friendly although the gentleman who attended us first didn't give us proper information regarding breakfast.
Price is high for the quality offered. Breakfast is not included. Parking area is small and many of the spots won't fit a family car. Wi-fi was not working properly throughout our whole stay. In 7 nights we spent there, the sheets were not changed once. They just made the beds and changed the towels. The bathroom was smelling like urine until we bought bleach ourselves and cleaned it.

Nice place to stay for short time.
The decoration of the common areas was amazing and the staff was incredibly kind
There were not many plugs/sockets in the rooms and the walls were pretty thing. Also the doors to the terrace. It was a bit hard to sleep.
